About Us
Hawks Prairie Community Association (HPCA) is a single family residential master planned community that was formed between 2002 and 2004 in the Lacey area of beautiful Washington State. HPCA includes the age-restricted active adult community of Jubilee and the non age-restricted family community known as Edgewater.

Jubilee offers an amazing selection of physical activities, including tennis, plus endless entertainment options both indoors and out. The beautiful Jubilee Lodge includes an indoor saline pool and spa area, fitness center, library, and much more.  It is the focal center for many club and group activities, including dances and shows.

The Edgewater community offers three private family parks within the neighborhood, including pickleball courts, basketball court, youth baseball field, swings, slides, and several climbing toys.  Both communities offer expansive open grassy fields and biking opportunities.

The Hawks Prairie community is an outdoor person's dream lifestyle. The community owns a private 2 1/2 mile trail through a natural forested area to a mile long private beach on Puget Sound. Some homes in Jubilee feature breathtaking views of Puget Sound. Both communities are seamlessly intertwined with the two 18 hole courses of The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie - the Links and Woodlands.  Many homes in both communities feature either golf course views or border one of the courses. We are also located only a short 5 minute drive to Tolmie State Park on Puget Sound.

With easy access to I-5, Washington's state capitol of Olympia is only 20 minutes to the south, and Tacoma and Seattle are within an hour's drive to the north. Within two hours drive east or west, you can enjoy either a day at the ocean beaches or hikes in majestic Mt Rainier National Park. Hawks Prairie residents enjoy easy access to a lifestyle unparalleled in the Pacific Northwest!
